BitDidact UG (haftungsbeschränkt) wants its website to be accessible to everyone. We apply the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and its ordinance (BFSGV). In doing so we follow the standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 and thus the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA; we also follow the German BITV 2.0.
We continuously assess whether and to what extent the BFSG obligations apply to our offering. Regardless, we meet the accessibility requirements voluntarily.

Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 9 October 2026 and last reviewed on 11 October 2026. It is based on a self-assessment: automated axe-core checks of all pages (Chromium and Firefox at 360, 768 and 1,200 pixels width) before publication, and manual checks of keyboard operation, focus, color contrast and rendering at 320 pixels width (equivalent to 400% zoom). A test with screen readers is still pending.
