Hosting and server log files
This website is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in a data center in Falkenstein (Germany). We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider under Art. 28 GDPR.
When you access this website, the web server automatically processes information that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in operating the website securely and reliably.
Server log files are deleted automatically after seven days. Server backups that may contain these files are overwritten after seven days at the latest.
Fonts and content
Fonts, graphics and scripts on this website are served exclusively by this website’s hosting provider (see Hosting). Visiting the website does not create connections to any other third parties; any exceptions are described explicitly in this privacy policy.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide (for example your name, contact details and the content of your inquiry) in order to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in answering your inquiry.
Our mailboxes are operated on our behalf by Microsoft 365, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland (Art. 28 GDPR). A transfer to Microsoft Corporation in the USA cannot be ruled out; Microsoft Corporation is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists (Art. 45 GDPR).

This website contains links to external services, such as LinkedIn or our team’s blogs. Merely visiting our pages does not transmit any data to these providers. The providers’ privacy policies apply only once you click a link.
Retention of inquiries
We delete inquiries as soon as the matter is closed, unless statutory German commercial or tax retention obligations apply (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO). These require us to retain official business correspondence for six to ten years.

Right to object
Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
